Burrata is a fresh Italian Cheese. The outer shell is solid mozzarella while the inside, also known as stracciatella, contains both mozzarella and cream, giving it a soft, spreadable texture.

Today’s new sammy, The Stracciatella, has said cheese, hand crafted from Maple Brooke Farm in Burlington, VT, heirloom and on the vine Tomatoes, an oregano (from my garden) and pistachio pesto and our favorite, Bianca Bread from Grandaisy. Now, that’s amore…
